Is mein ghiza, safaai, paani peene ke adaab, dawaiyon ka istimaal aur roohani ilaaj ka zikr milta hai. Aaj ki jadeed science bhi kai aise nuskho aur tareeqon ko tasleem karti hai jo Nabi ﷺ ne 1400 saal pehle bata diye the — jaise shahad ka ilaaj, kalonji ki faida mandi, hijamah (cupping therapy), aur zaitoon ka istimaal. Yeh sab us baat ka saboot hain ke Tibb-e-Nabawi sirf roohani nahi, balkeh tibbi aur sainsi tor par bhi faida mand hai. Jadeed tahqiqat ne sabit kiya hai ke Islami taleemaat sehat mand zindagi ka behtareen nizaam pesh karti hain |
