It emphasizes that the Prophet ﷺ was sent not only for Muslims or Arabs but as a source of compassion, guidance, and moral excellence for all of humanity and creation. The term has also been used as the title of a famous Seerah (biography) of the Prophet ﷺ written by Qazi Muhammad Sulaiman Salman Mansoorpuri in 1911, known for its scholarly depth and love-filled portrayal of the Prophet’s life, character, and mission. In recent times, Pakistan also launched the “Rahmatul-lil-Alameen Authority” to promote the Prophet's teachings in education and governance. The concept continues to inspire books, nasheeds, and global campaigns highlighting the universal mercy embodied in the life of the Prophet ﷺ ER -
